What we collect

When you order from a restaurant on Zeepot we collect what the order needs: your name, your phone number if you choose to give one, a delivery address for delivery orders, and the contents of your order. If you create an account, we also keep your order history and any loyalty points you earn. When you call a restaurant’s phone line answered by our assistant, the call is recorded and transcribed so your order is taken accurately — the call tells you this before the conversation starts.

How we use it

To run your order: confirming it, preparing it, delivering it, and texting you status updates about it if you provided a phone number. Restaurants you order from can see your name, number, and order history with them — that relationship is theirs, not ours to resell. Marketing texts or emails are sent only if you separately opted in, and stop the moment you say so.

What we never do

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared for marketing at all. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Text messages

Order updates are sent to the number you give at checkout, about that order only. Offers and loyalty messages require your separate opt-in and are never a condition of ordering. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. The full program terms are at /sms-terms.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, change marketing preferences from your account, or ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us. Consent records are kept — verbatim, with a timestamp — because proving what you agreed to protects you as much as it protects us.
