The program
Zeepot sends text messages on behalf of the restaurants you order from. There are two kinds. Order updates: if you provide your phone number at checkout, you receive status texts about that order — confirmed, ready for pickup, out for delivery. Offers and loyalty: sent only if you separately opted in from your account, and never a condition of ordering.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your orders — typically a few texts per order, and occasional offers if you opted into them. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number, immediately. Plain-language requests like “please take me off this list” are honored too. Reply HELP for help at any time.
Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. The full policy is at /privacy.
